At RSG International Embroidery, we are committed to delivering your custom embroidered apparel, patches, and home décor efficiently and securely.

1. Order Processing & Production Lead Time

• Ready Stock Items: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation.
• Custom Embroidery & Bulk Orders: Require 3 to 7 business days for artwork digitizing, sample approval, and computerized multi-head stitching prior to dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

We offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders exceeding ₹1,500. For orders below ₹1,500, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days depending on local courier connectivity.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our shipping partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post), you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also monitor real-time shipment status under your Account Orders page.

5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the outer shipping container appears open or severely damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at +919811104469.
