2. Custom Embroidery & Artwork Submissions

For custom patches, embroidered apparel, or custom artwork digitizing:

• You confirm that you hold proper copyright, trademark, or authorization for any design, logo, or text uploaded to our system.
• RSG International Embroidery reserves the right to reject orders containing unauthorized trademarked logos or offensive artwork.
• Minor variations in thread color shade, stitch density, or positioning may occur due to screen resolution differences and fabric elasticity.

3. Pricing & Order Confirmation

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Order confirmation is subject to payment authorization and stock/production availability.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, RSG International Embroidery owns the intellectual property rights for all material, digitizing algorithms, and content on this website.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
